Infinite Jest by David Foster WallaceMy rating: X of 5 stars
Requires an attentive re-read to really process (given that the first part of the book is chronologically the last) and I'm not sure when I'll next be in the mood for that, considering how difficult it is to maintain focus in some of the passages (Gately's stream of consciousness sections in particular). I'm enjoying reading up on other people's analyses of the book though and piecing together the connections I missed initially.
also random but I would love to see a real-life enactment of the Eschaton passage of the book (in more detail than this Decemberists song).
